Blastily is an all-in-one communication platform that connects vendors offering online and offline marketing services with customers seeking these services. Our platform facilitates transactions for various marketing channels, including but not limited to email marketing, SMS marketing, radio marketing, outdoor advertising, and out-of-home advertising.
Blastily acts solely as a platform to facilitate communication and transactions between vendors and customers. We are not a party to any agreements made between vendors and customers, and we do not provide marketing services ourselves. As such, Blastily is not liable for any issues that arise outside of our platform.
Customers are required to make payments for services rendered through Blastily in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of services. Blastily reserves the right to issue refunds only in cases where the fault lies with Blastily.
Customers may reserve outdoor advertising space by making a non-refundable 10% down payment to hold the board for 24 hours. This down payment will be deducted from the total fee for the board, which must be paid in full within the specified time frame.
The use of Blastily for malicious purposes, including but not limited to sending spam emails or phishing attempts, is strictly prohibited. Blastily reserves the right to block and remove any content or users engaging in such activities.
Blastily reserves the right to monitor transactions, conversations, and content on our platform to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. We may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, in cases of non-compliance.
Blastily shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.
Blastily reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to regularly review these terms for any changes.
